To Print Card, Choose Open (Internet Explorer) or
Microsoft Word (Firefox (can click on grayed-out button))
The "Page Setup" Left and Right Margins were set at 0"
Top Margin: set at 0" - Bottom Margin: set at 0.3"
Ignore any margin "out of the printable area" warnings.
Make sure that the print layout is set to
"Normal" (One-Sided) instead of Booklet.
When folding, first fold horizontally (short width),
then fold vertically.
